During Design Process  

  1. To check whether the design is being done according to contract, project services specification, to decisions taken at the meetings or rules in similar documents
  2. To check whether the design is suitable to Property Owner’s wishes, to architectural projects and other engineering projects
  3. To determine the design intent together with the Property Owner and the Project Owner and to ensure the design is being developed in accordance with this objective, in line with certain standards, norms, calculation methods, good engineering rules and generally accepted technical literature.
  4. To contribute regarding the systems and devices chosen by Project Owner form a safe work and sufficient comfort level, to bring new proposals if necessary
  5. To analyze the systems and devices chosen by the Project Owner based on energy savings (heat recovery, waste gas economizer, “free cooling”, etc.) and environment protection, to bring new proposals if necessary
  6. To check, and analyze whether the systems and devices chosen by the Project Owner are suitable to fundamental objective of the design regarding first investment and operation costs, to bring proposals if necessary
  7. To check first investment cost of the project work at certain stages
  8. To approve all drawings, calculation methods, project reports and cost estimation reports, to check accounts with sample taking method 
  9. To check the tender file regarding shape and content, to bring proposals if necessary
  10. To participate in periodical meetings, to prepare meeting minutes, to prepare reports, to advise verbal and written opinions on all necessary situations

During Implementation and Production Process 

  1. To keep under control the execution of the implementation in line with the fundamental objective, project and specifications of the design in general

  2. To give an opinion on compulsory changes that may occur during implementation, to check and approve the project changes Project Owner and/or implementing company will make by keeping the main objective in mind as well
  3. To check and approve shop drawings and coordination drawings to be prepared by the implementing company
  4. To advise opinion in identifying technical specifications of devices and materials to be procured and in analyses of devices and materials to be submitted for approval by the implementing company and to assist the Property Owner during the approval process
  5. To examine the new unit prices that can be offered by the implementing company and to advise opinion
  6. To generally examine the measures taken to protect the devices and materials brought to work site and the installment made, to keep them under control and to bring new proposals if necessary
  7. To be present, if necessary, at performance tests of important devices done in locally or abroad
  8. To examine test, adjustment and acceptance works and reports to be prepared in general and to approve the results
  9. To check the as-built drawings to be done by the implementing company in general and to approve them
  10. To be present at temporary admission and to monitor completion of missing and faulty works identified during temporary admission by the implementing company and to check again 
  11. To join weekly periodical work site meetings, to prepare meeting minutes and monthly progress reports
  12. To go to work site in emergency cases, besides periodical meetings, to find solutions for possible problems

These services will be done by a mechanical engineer who has sufficient level of technical bureau support behind him, who is known to be an expert in his field and who has at least 10 years of design experience.
